A tiny city
somewhere in the U.S.A.
surrounded by farms

There's cracked black pavement,
broken bottles, cool rain air,
"typical daydreams"           - The Dead

Besides the big plant
churches are the city's core:
the library's good

Forest mountains in
the distance: deer, coyotes,
nothing new to me

Waking from long sleep,
I have coffee; my head aches
and I'm quite weary
