He's just another guy
Born and raised to break our hearts
To make us laugh, then cry
You will move on in time
Your heart will surely mend
Just think about some other things
I'm still your trusted friend
Don't think about the time
He used to make your day
He turned out just like the rest of them,
An actor, messing with life's play
So what he made you happy?
And wiped away your tears
So what he promised you forever?
And pushed aside your fears.
He's just another joker
He never took your heart
Although you offered it so readily
He just tore you soul apart.
And so what if you loved him
So what he knew you all
So what he made you feel secure
