Softly
as the water strokes the lake shore
the fallen leaves weave our colored bed
I brush the hair from your eyes

Softly
as the morning light moves silentl;)y towards us
I run my fingers through your hair

Soft
are our lips as the touch
our touch as we embrace
our embrace as we kiss

Softly
our clothes join our bed of leaves
as my hands follow the morning light
illuminating bare skin

Soft
murmurs mix between us and the water
Soft
kisses blanket your body
Softly
you cry out.
