I liken life, to a stairway.
I've climbed and climbed.
There are times when I have fallen back a few,
and times I have taken them two or three at a time.
Even times when I've slid down the bannister.
Took be back a ways, but it was fun!

I'll continue to climb
and rest on the landings
Meeting people on their way up,
and on their way down.
Going on the only way I know
until I reach the top.
