As I lay upon my bed,
Thoughts of you invade my head.
Inside my brain they whirl around,
Images of you turn my life upside down.

You give me emotions so strange to me,
You open my eyes to what might be.
With a gentle touch from your soft hand
You lead me from this cold grey land.

You showed me warmth and love and joy and desire
You freed me from the earth to lift me higher
My emotions run riot, my life is aflame
I know now, things will never be the same.

The way that you smile the curve of your lips
My hand touching you, feeling the warmth of your hips
The words you whisper in the still of the night
Gaynor I love you and it feels so right.
