I thought of you today,
Wondered how you are,
Pondered over our first kiss,
In the back seat of your dad’s car.

Yes, I thought of you today
Now I know we’ll never be
I can’t stand the thought of another,
Someone that you want more than me.

I turn to face the onslaught
Of the coming storm
I caught you in our bed last night
Now I’m but a worm

So the plans in motion
Soon will bring you down
You will suffer beyond repair
And I am leaving town.
