Imagine
All the love and respect in my heart
all hidden behind one locked door
one slide bolt keeping it all back
it yearns to be freed
it struggles against the door
all day everyday
i have tried many times
i can not throw the bolt back
not alone
          i need
                 help
she will come along one day
and be able to open the door
   without a thought
she'll be stong enough
to stand in the flood that will rush out that door
bathing her in my love and respect
and joy to her heart
for she will have the most devoted one
for herself
