Death will take hold of the fragile vein
Demanding the spirit, just a small fee.
Succumb to his will and it soothes the pain.

Over weak-with his fire and might-he will reign
None can avoid his retched lust for pleas.
Death will take hold of the fragile vein.

His control intense, as his desire feigns.
He ignores the gaunt cries coming from thee,
Succumb to his will and it soothes the pain.

And death, he comes to bring me again,
The yellow-white light flashes before me,
Death will take hold of the fragile vein

He brings me further down, ardent strain,
Down the well, in a Kingdom by the sea,
Succumb to his will and it soothes the pain.

In endless time, I hear you call my name
And I sink further down until, swift, I see
Death will take hold of the fragile vein
Succumb to his will and it soothes the pain.
