~ The Flesh Is Weak ~

It wasn't a heart I was seeking
But the sweet taste of release
I never sought to hurt you
Our love infectiously brief
And here we find ourselves again
Walking that same old street
Desire as strong as the flesh is weak
We race to sate each other's needs
Words are all but useless
Once passion intercede's
Your sigh's echoing in my head
As I struggle to reward your plea's

A strong piece

I like this poem, but some punctuation would improve it.
