The cops looked on as the man,
Was raised out of the bay.
Two cement shoes were on his feet!"
I heard one of them say.

"Lefty wasn't very smart,
Jumping from the boat.!
He ought to known he couldn't swim,
And surely couldn't float!"

Both cops paused a moment,
Then they sighed in unison,
"Another day another dollar,
One less crime-world denizon!!"
