Your words say what I always wanted to but never could.
They teach and reach and hold and fix.
All the things I never could.
And when my heart mends its strings-
And I feel my body grow wings of fire and light.
Will these pages mean more to them then an MTV hit?
Will your words be lost and forgotten like so many before?
They say what I always wanted but never could.
