The Limit

Knowing something is still missing,
Someone out there has to be
Hoping there's another out there for him.
Searching his deep oceans,
Looking out into vast space,
Feeling the energy I send out to him.

Waiting for us to be ready,
The forces that be will act,
Send us careening toward each other.
Creating a new star to see,
Two become one with a cosmic explosion,
Absorbing all that we are into each other.

Covering eons of time and space,
The earth melting away from us,
Death not even an obstacle.
Knowing there is more after,
Never ending love lasting forever,
Not even heeding infinity as a limit.

He sees that there is more out there,
Than just what he sees with his eyes,
Or feels with his skin every day.
Knowing there is so much more out there,
That isn't even dreamed of now,
Knowing there truly is no limit to love.
