If you are my friend,
My love for you is free,
No matter what you do,
Or what you say,
Friendship that will never end,
Hating is not me,
I'll be there through the flu,
Night or day.

You can count on me,
You need to talk?
I'll listen,
You know where I'll be,
So just take that walk,
As the sun glistens.

You are my friend,
Even as this poem comes to an end.
Always know I love you,
And I know you do too.
