A space in time where life ceases to exist
No light escapes, no sound is heard
The silence is deafening, the darkness blinding,
No emotion escapes its steely grip
Time stands still against the cost of time
Coldness shields the warmth of the sun
Unseen paths lead nowhere only to find more paths
Frozen gates await the forgotten key
Yet outside time moves on beyond the emptiness
Thus the secrets of the void
Remain hidden within the reach of ourselves
