Alone and afraid
Feeling so blue
Sitting in the dark
Thinking of you

My thoughts fly by
Like a window to my soul
My eyes a large view screen
My emotions in a bowl

I let my mind wander
To good times and bad
But the bad ones get blurry
With the good ones, so glad

Sitting in the dark
Thinking of you

The memories I like
Are of you and I
Alone and together
Neither of us shy

Our bodies entwined
One heart, one soul
Living only in the moment
With only one goal

Sitting in the dark
Thinking of you

With pleasure and passion
We explore one another
Our bodies become one
All thoughts get smothered

My mind spinning
Your hunger so real
Your essence devours mine
You are all I can feel

Sitting in the dark
Thinking of you

As reality comes back
My tears start to flow
Only a memory
Of you, now I know

For never again
Will I feel your embrace
Another has your heart
Another won the race

Sitting in the dark
Thinking of you.
