You look so perfect
standing there,
hands together
gazing lovingly
through the window.

Wondering if
you are looking at me
or wistfully
remembering your past.

I try to connect my heart
to yours, to feel
what you are thinking
but quietly you turn
and walk away
leaving only thoughts,
quiet fantasies…

I loved this when I saw it

on my fantasy thread and I

still love it now!

Nice work,

thanks.
