Searching shadows fade into
the light of this dreaming silence
Becoming lost now
in the depths of my mute domain.
While anxiety sleeps - time stills
as a door closes upon the past
With the methodical ticking of a clock.
And in this personal tonight
I found that
Just as nothing ever changes beyond time
Still never is anything as it appears
to be elsewhere
and that time itself changes nothing
Nor shall it
Ever end - and so I,
life watcher, awake and calmly go insane.
