Time, stand still for this moment! So long have I waited
that I cannot remember who I was before.
I do not breathe
for fear my sighs will sweep this fraglile
flight of the imagination away.

I have conjured Him from my dreams, this magnificent pagadigm
of love
that comes without a sound on bare feet
across the room.

My love, I have lived my life to
give it to Him.
Each step taken sends aflutter my soul,
like the wings of a butterfly ensnared tenderly
in His fingers,
while I command time to stand still.
