These lines,
these lines they trace
then erase with a whisper,
Come closer!
before turning me back.

Always they darken,
these lines these lines!

They stretch in one direction,
and it is not mine.
Knuckles sore from the slap,
neck electric collar stiff.

Always they change
the perimeter
of this invisible fence.
Call from the other side
Come! come!

I fall into myself again,
trace this body down,
again, crawing towards cocoon comfort.

I have never been wrapped tight and left alone.

And I do not want lines,
I want our wills to blend,
walls to be absorbed,
to disappear in the crease between the wanting
and being, to become for another, to another.

Oh to outgrow this desire!
This impossible desire
to die and die and die wrapped tight
inside of you!

Denying once again
the only land without borders is my own!
To die and to die within my own skin
is the only fate I must accept.

To die and die and die
within myself
alone.

anna...

takes a deep plunge into copulation's opaqueness and expresses in intensely love wrought verse her needs to meld into one. I have seen many great things come from your pen, anna, but this one has reached down to My heart and affixed itself there. Just awesome, woman!

Is this two poems?

What happened to you in the last 3 stanzas? I expected stage blood!
