A dark rewrite/parody of the poem To Teach A Child written by author Miriam J. Hall

To touch a child...
How could I have fallen in love with such a man?
Such a horrid monster
Two eyes look up and search my face
Our eyes lock momentarily
As he describes to me his pleasure in the penetration
I gag
Longing only to throw up
As his eyes contiune to search mine
Seeking so desperately to see if my love for him is still there
Two arms reach out
Two hands so eager to clasp mine are stunned
When with a repulsed jerk I pull away
Unable to grasp this startling new reality
He whispers to, "Don't worry."
We'll work through this somehow, someway
A warm heart seeks the comfort of mine
Now gone so very cold and numb in shock
It's cry is loud and clear
Oh God please forgive me dear and please
Please still love me, love me, love
For now, forever, and all those lonely future days ahead
Grant me your loving and your forgiving
Please do not fear and be so damn withdrawing
Shedding a tear
Just because of my one mistaken response to my darknes temptation
That cry chills me now....
To touch a child
He finds no task more thrilling
I find nothing more sickening and stomach turning
As I lift my eyes skyward
Twisting this wedding band upon my finger
Begging
God, grant me the wisdom,
Grant me the vision,
Grant me the love I need to walk away forever from this man
This monster I wed and took into my bed who lives....
Who loves only....
To touch a child
Our child

NOT a parody, but a pained poem

I have read the exchanges over the nomeclature over the poetry discussion board. Still reading through the poem I could find no single thread of humor, which FYI is the essence of ANY parody black or otherwise. What did come across is the pain. As to WHY you chose this inappropriate title, I would have to speculate about some kind of defense mechanism. Not knowing a thing about the person, I would quit before starting.

This is not a parody, it shouldn't be. You should pursue this, and quit jerking around with the parodies.
