Love at times can be cruel,
But only is to the fool.
Love is a shining light,
Seen in the calm of night.

A burning flame,
Many will claim.
A strong desire,
That sets you afire.

While your mind, is in a bind;
And your eyes, are hypnotized;
You do some foolish things,
That often seem unwise.

It'll catch your eye,
When given the chance.
And leave you standing,
Still in a trance.
