Be My valentine, the cry rent the night sky
and why    two hearts are one
not sundered
two lives are lived
not existed
The barren peaks ground into pools of slaughter
     what dies?
not the emotions,
not the stars,
those quirky swirls of her limpid lies:
     Lies? Who's lies
those words ringing on His ears,
hers
and all who listened
     Peals of tympanic membranes
why is the heart so dear
why did the shadow follow
     who is more jealous?
the night
cause it made the eyelids clasp the eyes in sweet surrender,
or the breath:
whose breeze wafted across heated lips
     teeth gleamed and struck crimson.....
Deep went the night shades and rest the unspoken
     He trilled and she twirled.
Two tympanic notes  strummed on the liquid night air
     wafted to the ether
That cry ever resounding
when will the M100 cluster hear that song
     pillars in creation    Forever rent
