I never knew what pain was,
until I met you.
I never knew what tears were,
until I met you.
I never knew what sadness was,
until I met you.
Through the problems and obstacles
We've experienced it all
and yet we're still laying here,
entangled in each others arms.
The fights, the drama, the silence, the pride
the endless times that we have cried.
The glares, the jokes, the lies, the mistakes
the torn pictures we wish to re-tape
I never knew what passion was,
until I met you.
I never knew what kisses were,
until I met you.
I never knew what happiness was,
until I met you.
We've traveled down this road
and together, growing strong
We've learned to love, to trust, to believe.
The talks, the looks, the endless nights
the many times it felt so right.
The appreciation, the laughs, the smiles
the urge to stay like this for awhile.
Through all this time we've established something so true
and it has all made me realize. . .
I never knew what love was,
UNTIL I MET YOU !!!
