Venus In Sand
=-=-=-=-=-=-=

She stands before me

My dreams embodied

The first stage of my work

A figure in sand

With the beauty of "de Milo"

And the attraction of Mona Lisa

She looks perfect

She has before!

But she is not ready

I have been here before

Wrapped my arms around her

And seen her slip through my fingers

This time she must stay

There is a way

I know the way

It takes love

And all I have

To fuse this creation

To make her glass

To make her mine

To make her permanent

A phase shift is possible

It is what I seek

But not at any cost

I will not let her crumble again

I will let another try the change

But only when her eyes look away!!!
