Kneeling bare
No shame exposed
Body shivers
Though it's not cold

Protection gone
It asked away
One wonders if
She'll fade away

I need Your power
To hold within
The essence of life
A new life to begn

Will you quench my thirst
And feed me well
Or will I wash up
On the oceans swell

Kneeling here
Without my shell
Is harder then
You'll ever know

Lips are dry
Throat is parched
Water please Sir? is all I ask
To celebrate, this, the merging
Of our new start

A new start...

A sea of turmoil made better by water to celebrate the new start.

For those of this bent

Here's a nice little sub piece

And, better yet, not crudely done.
