A little rain must fall to clear the air of sorrow
To wash away the pain and heartbreaks of tomorrow

A little wind must blow to cool and calm the anguish
Breezes wafting in where sadness came to languish

A little cloud must form to hide the tears of worry
Shadowing the aching that caused the pain to flurry

A little snow must flutter to cleanse the mind so bitter
Freezing all the anger; leaving happiness to glitter

A little sun must shine to finish what it started
To rebuild hope and spirit when love up and departed

is this a form as well?

I would only suggest that you break up your lines to give the reader a pause, a breath, otherwise, an excellent work, congrats :)
