Falling away like stars
Of what we used to be
I just wanted to say
I'm so sorry
I never wanted to be lonely
So I tried so hard
never to miss your kiss
but without your lips
its never really a kiss
its a faded memory
Of what we used to be

Those nights
and I know its not right
but its soothing me tonight

And sure
I'll hold your hand
But I fail to understand
Why you are trying to break me
I'm unbroken until now
Oh why did i let you let me down?
Does this make you feel so proud?

Wait
I don't mean whatever I say
Cause I can't forget the days
When you made my pain fade away
Until today
Still, I long to see
What we used to be
Its all so unclear
When the pain brings tears
