is it slow and easy
A soft sigh
as tender thoughts
warm you from within
When you breathe

is it sharp and quick
A pause in a heartbeat
as the blood races
to feed your desires
When you breathe

is it long and deep
A caress of the soul
as a memory returns
and brings you love
When I breathe
and think of you
it is endless and eternal
A moment without time
as day becomes night
