Whisper Woman

Carried by the wind,
swayed by words of fools
and the wise just the same
Freckled cheeks and large brown eyes
perceived as innocent and sweet.
Friend to all who are in need,
unless distracted becomes she.
And wholly wanting your favor,
others she degrades with lips
whose sole duty is repeating
The sordid tales spun by all.
