The things you’ve done are unforgivable,
But you’re asking for forgiveness,
And I just want to know,
Who you think is gonna save you,

I know for once in my life,
It’s not going to be me,
I’ve played that role too many times already,
You fooled everyone so much,

I’m pretty sure that you hurt them as well,
Now you’re on your knees asking for forgiveness,
But its just one of those things,
We all know you won’t be getting,

I wish I could say I forgive you,
Because not forgiving you,
Really is a petty revenge,
And in the end I’ll still be the one that hurts,

You’ll walk away unscathed,
And uncaring for what you left behind,
And I’ll still be here on the floor crying,
From the hurt that comes from inside.
