room softly lit
an embers glow
inside a scent
only you would know
flesh torn free
exhaustion spent
to love you gently
was my intent
a flame to blow
across your face
while fingers
linger
just to taste
no wonders, cares
your soul all mine
branded, bared
in peaches vine
i left you helpless
weak and spent
but to love you
gently, was my intent
then one small taste,
it could never be
i had to love you,
wickedly
