WINTER SONNET
Chilly winter sets,
chilling to the bone,
where is my trench coat
and thermal underwear?
Any thought upsets,
then is duly gone,
there comes a new thought
for which I do not care.
All I care is this:
Live to fight another day,
clothes and food,
give all thoughts a miss,
out of this there is no way...
jolly good!
