I hide among the words,
They are my escape to another place.
I use the words,
They are my protective shield,
At times my sword.
I am the words,
They can transform me.
Words have power, strength, confidence.
They can also comfort and heal…
And they can hurt, deeply
And with out remorse…
For everything that words can do,
Words do not feel.
