3:00AM came along and so did the heat of the
   summer night.
I felt the grass on my bare feet,
It made me reminisce about first kisses and the
stream on the pavement when it rains.
Songs that pounded at my patience played,
Slowly they brought forth memories that made me
   shiver.
I remember the colour of the sky changing,
Like our opinions of each other.
It's getting cold outside now.
I can almost hear the sound of the leaves
   crunching
Beneath my feet in the fall
As I walk away from you.
