TaLtos6over 10 years agoAuthorSelena seems to be causing some confusion. It's not anything like the confusion and regret that she feels. Arrax correctly predicted that she was a Crowned One. That changes everything. Rather than be the non-Xer who could find happiness with Shaevre and Arrax, she now knows that she can't be more than an addendum to their relationship, or she'd dominate the whole thing and it's not what she wants, as much as she feels for them. On the other hand, her sister needs her and it's clear that Dahlgren needs a little help as well. She's basically just accepted that she can have Dahlgren as long as he understands that what she is will also need the Xer from time to time, so she's just accepted that it's what she can get and she's decided to take it. If it weren't for Nahl'een, I'd probably have written it so that Selena just stays with the Xer and ruins that relationship in a little time.
Anonymousover 10 years agoNot a big fan of how salena is switching back and forth. I was happy about her and the Xerox being a pack and now she wants the ranger again. It would be fine if she wasn't declaring her undying love to everyone she fucks.
