An Unexpected Meeting

I squeezed the hand that rested on my thigh. "I really like you too, ok, speeches over, let's enjoy the day."

Jodie beamed as I glanced at her. "Where are we going to?"

"I know a small picnic reserve at the end of a ridge past Selby that not many people know about. "Gee, what a gentleman. You're so nice, and so polite too." Jo's smile lit up her face once again before she delved into her bag and produced the tube of sunscreen. "See, I've come prepared."

With that statement she handed me the tube of lotion and turned her back to me.
