Click hereI looked down to see my parents getting dressed and wiping the hay off their clothes. After a couple of minutes, they left the barn through the main doors.
Caitlin and I stayed up in the loft, my chest pressed against her back and my arms wrapped around her. We waited for a while to make sure my parents didn't return before we got dressed ourselves and left the barn. We made our way back to the house together, talking and trying to act like nothing happened. Luckily, my parents weren't anywhere to be seen, and most everybody else was sleeping. I walked Caitlin up to her bedroom and gave a quick glance down the hallway to make sure we were alone before giving her a kiss goodnight. I walked back down to the kitchen, a satisfied grin on my face.
