Holding me with one hand the other moved between us and the pad of his thumb hit my nubbin.
I cursed in every language I knew and forced myself to relax, to welcome the touch. Quickly, inexorably he brought me to the shimmering peak...and then lifted off him.
Snarling I slammed him back and forced him to rise, buoyed by the water, until he sat on the edge. I bowed my head before he could stop me and closed my mouth on his cock. This was a rare treat, an act I adored and so rarely got to enjoy.
He was hard and salty with his own taste and the water, the tip wet with his fluids. I licked the reverently, losing myself to his taste before sliding my tongue along the shaft while sucking him deep. He grunted and groaned, his hands threading through my hair, but otherwise he made no move.
I threw myself into it, delighting in his seeming submission. Moaning now, I let the vibrations trail along his skin and time melted away. The fires began to cool which I knew meant the summons would come soon, but all I wanted was to push his desire higher and higher, to make his body tingle.
"Yes, Minn, please."
Victory! With a battle cry I leveraged myself from the water and climbed atop him, impaling myself quickly. A tear was at the corner of his eye and I kissed it away.
"With that week I will show you just how much I love you. You will know more pleasure than any man ever has before, and by the time I am done you will know that there is no other man that will ever have my heart or body aside from you."
He whimpered and then I rode him hard and fast. My body felt swollen and hotter than it had ever been and he was so hard, so strong, the very feel of him against me made me cum, and I screamed with it even as he shouted his beautiful release and filled me deeply.
He looked slightly defeated when I opened my eyes, sprawled atop him, but I sensed it was wounded pride more than anything. He'd thought he could withstand me, but I knew just how to make his body respond sweetly.
"I meant what I said, Tomass. I desire no other but you, I love no other but you. My word is my bond, my honor is all I have ever had at some moments in my life. I promised you I would champion the rights I concede to you at home, and I will. There is a time and a place and you must be patient.
"Come, now, we must dress and attend to dinner. We're dining with the queen, so do behave."
"I thought you were treating me as an equal," he grumbled as I dismounted and stood.
Laughing I smoothed my hair, still far too damp to dress properly, unless he expended magic. "Then by all means, caution me to do the same."
He stood, blinking. "Then...behave."
I pulled his chin down and stood on my toes to kiss him. "Not if I can help it."
He rewarded me with magic and all my cruises and cuts disappeared, my limbs no longer ached, and my hair was dry.
I still had to put on the stupid fancy dress alone. If Tomass had helped me, we never would have made dinner at all.

Just when I thought I'd won the war, Tomass surprised me. The queen had invited the remaining high council as well as the duke to join us. The meal was sumptuous and I was so hungry I barely tasted the delicacies that were paraded before us.
I spoke to the queen and council members about the new treaty and to my surprise she asked the duke's input. He had to break away from his long intense conversation with Tomass. It appeared the two men were fast friends, and I could see he was cooking something up.
Finally the queen took the Duke away after the meal and left me my husband. In the formal dress he was resplendent, to my eye more beautiful than any other man in attendance. Now that our fast, hard ride was over, I wanted nothing more than to take him back to our rooms and make love to him slowly the whole of the night.
"I know what you're thinking, Minn."
I leaned up and let my lips trail close to his ear. "If you did, you'd be hard as a rock right now."
Surreptitiously he turned his back to the room and grabbed my hand, placing it over his cock which was indeed hard.
I laughed lightly. "So what? You can read minds?"
"It's that damn dress," he husked, and stared pointedly at my cleavage.
I brought my arms to the outside of my breasts and squeezed, amplifying them. "This ol' thing?"
Magic picked at me with a zing. "Behave yourself, Minn."
I laughed and swatted him on the rump just as the queen signaled me to her and the duke. I brought Tomass along. We'd broken from the table and custom demanded we socialize in the adjoining lounge, but it was well after midnight and we were all tiring. I slid my eyes to Tomass and amended that to the fact all of us were eager for bed, but not all of us wanted to sleep.
"Minn, Tomass. I ask you to share nothing of what I am about to say with anyone else just yet. The Duke here has been authorized to act as ambassador and the Northern Queen has proposed sealing our treaty by each of us marrying from the nobility of each other's country."
Her nerves were high and I saw the way her eyes darted to the duke. "Congratulations to you both," I said wryly, and her head jerked to me.
"Y-yes, I have asked Warrin for his hand, but-"
"But I have told her I will only accept if she champions the bill your husband told me about."
I looked at Tomass and took his arm in mine. "Did he?"
"Yes. I insist men began to have equal status in this country."
"And I shall support it. Warrin, Minn must write the bill before I can sponsor it, but we have other business to attend to first. Will you and Tomass find us more drinks?"
He smiled at her in a way I knew meant her night might be half as fun as mine.
"Minn, Serinne has not been sighted. I wish you to remain in house until she does. You will be safest here. We'll need a pretext of some sort."
"You should organize a feast to honor Duke Warrin's troops as well as the sorcerers. Tomass' presence would be best to plan such an event. But why wait here? Wouldn't it be best if I sought her out?"
"Minn, the reports of her fighting from Warrin's men suggests she still has a store of magic. I would feel best if you remained in house and raised magic with Tomass. She will be afraid to approach the palace, and that buys us time. From what your husband has told me with time the magic will leave her. Time will be on our side."
"Do you not trust me to win a duel with her? I am the more experienced swordswoman."
"Yes but when it comes to treachery you are a babe in the woods compared to her. Please, Minn, I wish to leave nothing to chance. If Serinne dies, then Warrin will consent to marriage. His conditions were her death, the treaty between our countries, and the support of measures ensuring basic legal equalities for men. This means truly I will wish to work closely with you on the bill, and I want to ensure your victory over Serinne. I promise you that upon her death her lands and title are yours."
"Do you need another moment?" Tomass asked us, approaching slowly with a goblet in hand for me.
"No, actually. Tomass, the queen has invited us to stay here in the palace. I will be writing the bill I proposed with her help, and indeed, yours."
He blinked at me, surprised. "Come again?"
"You are going to co-author it. No bill on the rights of men should not be authored without one."
He stared at me, dazzled, as if for the first time he realized just how important I was. But more than that, he was realizing just how important I was to him, and my heart swelled.
"My queen, duke, please excuse us. We need to go and start on that other issue you raised."
"By all means. Tomass, Minn, I shall see you on the morrow. Sleep well."
"Earl, Earless."
"Duke." I grabbed Tomass' hand before he could formulate a response and practically dragged him from the room.
"What do you think you're doing?" He asked once we were in the hall heading for the stairs.
"I won this afternoon which means one week of total servitude in the bedroom. So no arguments, my love." I grinned at him and he returned the look without fear.
Oh, to face such a period of submission with only erotic hope. At least here he trusted me, and if it took the rest of my life I'd make sure he never doubted me again. Still, as I climbed those stairs, I knew the words of the queen were right. We'd have to spend the night building magic, which did mean more pleasure for me.
Oh, marriage was nothing but a pure joy. Not even the dark shadow of Serinne would spoil my joy. A new page had turned, and we were far from finished, but now was a time to rebuild and savor.
And for once we would build his magic on my terms.
Licking my lips I opened the door to our rooms and ushered him inside. Oh, the queen was wrong about one thing. Next to Serinne I was a babe in the woods on nothing. To prove my point, that night, there would be no rest for the wicked.
