Foxterot7a11 months agoPsychologically, someone or some thing has either been overplayed or underplayed. From Chapter 1, I do not understand the mother's belief in religion. How she has spent the majority of the past 22 years as a sexual prude. a goody to shoes. Unable to even try to explain sex to her son. Finally, after 22 years, if the son does not trust his relationship with his mother, than he has never recognized her as a female human being. She has always been more than a cook, maid, mother, and protector. If this is his situation, he does not deserve her as a lover.
centauri4over 6 years agoSetting up the story is fine, describing the characters thoughts and hesitations, or excitement is useful too, but how "serious" are some, many or most people (i.e. families) in their reservation towards social nudity? It's an important consideration that may change generation to generation, culture to culture, or in the way the meaning of it is stated (flat-out) or implied. So I enjoy the careful exploration crafted here and the implication nudity is monumental for this small family (couple). It is not even implied, so much as it is clearly stated, and having the son be a lust-driven, horny twenty-something is interesting also! I feel by age 21 to 25 many sons are already sexually experienced and understand "erotic tension", but what if the majority DO NOT or HAVE NOT ever had feelings of this type for a family member? You have taken ample time in the set-up of Nude Day to create curiosity in some minds, I feel certain, without even talking about Nude Day (or Nude Week) as the real thing it is in fact. There is an implied sense in this story that it is real and both characters know about it, but you did not (so far) mention this event is NOT about sex in real life (IRL). Social nudity is about understanding and appreciating our shared feelings, insecurities, vulnerability and physicality, but more about agreeing we all have nudity as a joy in life and at the same time have created many barriers to enjoying it! This is an important fact too, and the many images and videos of people enjoying nude beaches, nudity in designated parks, playing volleyball, hiking or camping are testimony that humans are smart enough to enjoy being naked together without it being sexual, or immoral. We can enjoy social nudity, do enjoy social nudity, have family units actively living as self-described Nudists and this does not lead to more openly sexual behavior, talk maybe, and some "fantasy" scenarios, but most of the nudism happening in real life is far less "sexy" then many Literotica readers might imagine! Unless simply feeling good about being nude is completely sexual for someone, then they have a BIGGER issue to manage! Ha, ha. Humans are not drooling, sex-crazed maniacs, er, I hope and believe even though many appreciate the acts of sexuality are a pinnacle, a climax, of the physical, mental and emotional experience of BEING human.

digdaddyrichover 11 years agoIf the story was posted in two chapters of six pages each, everyone would be commenting that the chapters are too long.
I agree that there is a little rehash of conversation, but you have to remember that this is a religious woman, and she is letting her son talk her into giving up all of what she thinks is right or perhaps wrong in having a relationship with her son.
I'm sure it would take a lot of convincing for her to relent to her son's wishes, and she would still be concerned about if she is doing the right thing by removing her clothes in front of her son.
I do get the feeling that mom wants her son just as bad as her son wants her.
It will be interesting to read what happens when she becomes naked and perhaps a little tipsy from the wine, plus having her son taking her clothes off her and him being naked too.
