Sorry to burst your CA hating bubble, but there are 2 states that allow incest if both actors are 16 yo (Rhode Island) or 18 yo (New Jersey). Ohio only prohibits parental incest. Brothers and sisters can go at it if they are adults. In all those states, they can’t marry, but fucking is ok.
