She wasn't in the guest bedroom. Obviously not the bathroom. Finally I went into the living room. Still no Tangi. Then I noticed a note stuck to the refrigerator door.
"See you Monday. Consider us even. :-)"
I grinned and chuckled as I read the note.

The next day, I came bouncing in to the office, the theme from Rocky playing in my head. I returned a host of "Good mornings" with a smile and a nod.
Then I got to my office. Tangi was on the phone with someone. As I passed her desk she winked at me and said, "Good morning, Jack."
"Good morning, Tangi. Make it to church okay?"
She smiled and blushed. "Yes, sir."
