Monday

After a long day at work, Sydney Welch entered the condo she had been sharing with her boyfriend, Derek. They had been going strong since they got together last year. Valentine's Day would mark their anniversary. She only had seven days to create a night to remember.

As soon as she entered the living room she breathed in the aroma in the air. She walked into the kitchen and saw Derek slaving away at the stove. He looked up at her and a Cheshire cat grin formed.

"Hey baby!" he shouted and turned off the stove. He walked to her and placed a long kiss on her lips.

"Why are you in such a good mood?" she asked when he pulled away but throwing her arms around his neck since his were around her waist.

"I've got some news to share with you but I'll tell you over dinner. I ran you a bath so go relax and when you're done we'll start eating." Derek informed her and turned her towards the entrance to the kitchen.

She walked away and headed to the master bathroom. Inside, the garden tub was filled with bubbles and rose petals. Soft music played and a glass of champagne sat at the foot of the tub. Her robe was laid out as well as with a brand new gold and yellow nightgown.

Sydney picked up the gown and held it against her body. She admired herself in the mirror and smiled brightly. Derek still continued to spoil her throughout their relationship.

She placed the gown down and quickly undressed. She tied her hair up before stepping into the tub. While grabbing her glass of champagne she sat down and relaxed as the water warmed her skin. She hummed to the music as she sipped the contents of her glass.

After a few minutes Sydney heard a knock on the door. She turned her attentions to it as Derek slipped his head inside.

"Just letting you know dinner's ready." he smiled.

"OK, thank you baby. For everything." she smiled back.

Derek nodded causing his hair to fall into his eyes. He swept it back and Sydney felt her pussy tingle. God, he looked so sexy when he did that!

When he left Sydney downed the champagne and ran the washcloth over every inch of her body. She moaned as she ran the cloth over her hardened nipples and licked her lips as she lowered her free hand to clit. She rubbed it in circles and smiled. She knew Derek was watching; he always watched her when she took baths.

"Either join me or wait for me at the table." she called in a half-sigh. She had just orgasmed and was coming down off her high.

Derek laughed and completely closed the door. He returned to the kitchen and fixed two plates of the dinner he had just prepared. He carried them to the table and lit two vanilla candles. When he looked up his dick was at instant attention.

Sydney stood before him in the gown he'd purchased her. The colors looked amazing against her milk chocolate skin. She did a model walk for him and spun around to give him a complete view of the package.

"You like?" she teased.

"No. Love!" Derek exclaimed and reached out for her.

She took his hand and to his surprise, she pulled him to her. She wrapped his arms around her and tiptoed to place a kiss on his lips.

"Mmhm, I think I would much rather eat you over this dinner right now." Derek moaned and grinded his dick into her stomach.

Sydney laughed. "There will be plenty of time for that tonight. Besides I want to hear this news you have."

"Oh, yeah. I completely forgot. See how when you invade my thoughts, you're all that matters." Derek stated sincerely and sweetly kissed her.

"Baby, as much as I love when you fawn over me, I am starving and I am dying to hear this news, so let's sit down. Come on." Sydney stated and pulled him to the table.

They sat down in front of their respective plates. Sydney stared at Derek as he picked up his fork and began to dig in.

"Spill it already!" she screeched. The suspense alone was nerve wrecking.

Derek laughed. "All right. Can you take some time off work?"

"Why?"

"My cousin is getting married in the Bahamas and she wants us to be in the wedding." Derek informed her.

"Wow! That is so romantic! When is the big day?"

"Valentine's Day."

"Oh. I was hoping we could do something with Hank and Gwen but I guess it could wait until next year." Sydney pouted. He had done so much for her last year, she was hoping this could be her year to make secret plans.

"Baby, we have so many Valentine's Days ahead of us. Besides, you know my family fell in love with you over Thanksgiving and Christmas." Derek told her.

"So, who's getting married. Amanda? Kerri? I hope it's not Lucy. Her boyfriend seemed too much like a player, if you ask me." Sydney pondered.

"No, actually it's Megan. Andrew popped the question over New Year's."

"That's great! So, she wants me to be a bridesmaid? Isn't it a little late to bring in a new girl?"

"I don't know. I've never planned a wedding but she told me there is a lot to do this week. Everyone is flying out Saturday night for the ceremony and we're going to spending some extra time there, just me and you." Derek grinned and rose his eyebrows, insinuating. Sydney giggled and started eating.

When they were done Derek loaded the dishwasher while Sydney walked to the bedroom. Derek joined her minutes later and they got into bed. Sydney pushed Derek on his back and mounted his lap. His erection poked through his jeans while she grinded her uncovered pussy on it.

"Still want to eat me baby?" Sydney smirked.

Derek grinned and grabbed her hips. He lifted her up and placed her on her back. He lifted her gown to reveal her hairless sex organ. He licked his lips at the sight as Sydney spread her legs for him. He leaned down and slowly began licking at her delicate folds.

Sydney grabbed handfuls of Derek's hair and literally pushed him further into her pussy. "Lick that pussy baby! Make me cum!" she screamed while riding his face.

Derek slurped at her increasing wet hole and nibbled at her clit which he knew always sent her over the edge. When her gasping screams signaled her upcoming orgasm Derek stuck his long tongue deep inside her to feel her walls contact.

Her back arched and she let out a wailing scream. Derek kissed her lower lips before pulling away and crawling up her body. He kissed her neck and felt her pulse flickering quickly. Her eyes were shut tight and her breath was seeping from her nose. Derek smiled and pulled her close to his body.

"I love you so much." he whispered in her ear as they both drifted off to sleep.

TUESDAY

Derek rolled over on his back and threw his hand up to shield his face from the intruding sunlight. He groaned and used his free hand to feel for Sydney but felt an empty space. He sat up and got out of bed. He followed his nose as he smelt breakfast.

He walked into the kitchen and saw a plate full of breakfast items. Sydney looked at him and threw her hand out. Derek took it and she led him to the dining table. She pushed him in a seat and then brought him the plate.

"Enjoy your breakfast." Sydney placed a kiss on lips before he began eating.

She walked into the bedroom to dress for work. When she done an hour later she walked into the kitchen to prepare her lunch. Derek was washing the dishes from when she prepared breakfast.

"Oh, when you get off work today we're heading to my parents' house. She's cooking a big dinner for Megan and Andrew." Derek told Sydney.

Sydney nodded and shoved a plate of pasta into tubberware. "Do you want to ride together or should I meet you there?"

"We can ride together. And don't forget to put in a request for the wedding."

Sydney nodded again that she would and kissed him good-bye. She walked outside and got into her car. When she arrived at work her co-worker Nancy was standing at the doorway to her office. The two women walked inside and sat down.

"Well?" Nancy quipped.

"Well, what?" Sydney laughed pushing her hair behind her ears.

"I know Derek has something romantic planned this year! Every woman here is dying to know what he has up his sleeves." Nancy went on fanning herself at the thought.

"To be honest, he doesn't have anything planned." Nancy poked out her bottom lip in disappointment. "The only thing we're doing is heading to the Bahamas..." Nancy's eyes lit up. "For his cousin's wedding." Sydney explained.

Nancy slumped back in her chair. "Well, he must be doing something special for you after what he did last year."

"Believe me, he's been doing something special to me every night for the last year." Sydney giggled.

Nancy gasped and leaned forward. "Really? OK give me a mental image. Cucumber, banana or eggplant?"

Sydney licked her lips. "I am partial to my vegetables and eggplants are growing on me."

Nancy squealed and clapped her hands together. "Haha! I knew it! You are so lucky. When do you leave for the Bahamas?"

"Saturday. Which reminds me, I have to put in a vacation request." Sydney told her and pulled out the paperwork from her desk.

"Well, I'll see you at lunch." Nancy got up and left the office.

Sydney waved to her and filled out her request. She really hadn't taken a vacation since she started working at the company four years ago. She put in for two weeks and walked out of her office to human resource. After dropping off the papers she returned to her office and started her day.

Around five-thirty that evening Sydney was able to leave. She headed home and saw Derek's car was gone. She walked inside and called out for him. She shrugged and figured he hadn't gotten off work yet. He had started become co-owner of his friend's restaurant so he could work his own hours.

Sydney decided to use the time to change while she waited for Derek. She slipped off her skirt and matching blouse and walked into her closet. She pulled out a green halter dress with thick straps and removed her bra. She pulled the dress over her head and turned and saw Derek standing at the door.

She gasped and clutched at her chest. "I didn't hear you come in."

Derek ran his eyes over her body. "You look nice."

She smiled her appreciation. "Are you ready to go? I just have to find my shoes."

"Yeah, I'll wait for you by the front door." Derek turned and walked away.

Sydney found her knee high boots and placed her feet inside. She zipped them up before walking out to join Derek.

"Your car or mine?" she asked while hugging his towering frame.

"Yours. My dad is serving a few beers and I don't want to risk it." He knelt down and kissed her forehead and they walked outside to Sydney's car.

The drive only took twenty minutes to Derek's parents' house. There were a few other cars in the driveway and around the curb. Sydney parked her car and shut off the engine.

"I thought you said it was a dinner for Megan and Andrew." Sydney pointed out the excess cars.

"Well, my mom has always loved going overboard. I bet there's a Thanksgiving dinner to feed five families in there." Derek chuckled as he removed his seatbelt. Sydney did the same and they exited the vehicle.

As soon as they walked inside both were bombarded with hugs from Derek's family. Derek kept hold of Sydney's hand as they squeezed through the crowd and made their way to the kitchen.

Derek's mother, Clara, was there chatting with her sister and niece, Megan. She stopped mid-sentence when she saw her son enter with Sydney. "You're here, finally!" she squealed and rushed to them. She hugged Sydney so tight that she had to remove her hand from Derek's to return the hug.

"I hope you're both hungry. Grab a plate." Clara winked at Derek when she pulled back.

Sydney grabbed a plate and filled it with food as Derek followed suit. When they headed to the dining room, Megan waved her hands wildly.

"Sydney! Come sit with me!" Megan shouted and all but pushed her fiancée out of the chair next to her. "You guys go in the living room with the other men and talk sports."

Sydney laughed and accepted a kiss from Derek before he and Andrew obeyed Megan. Sydney sat down at the table and noticed Megan smiling madly.

"What?"

"I am so happy that you agreed to be in the wedding! I know you're going to love the Bahamas! Andrew took me there over Christmas and I fell in love. When he proposed I knew I wanted to get married there." Megan ranted.

"Well, congratulations. You and Andrew make a gorgeous couple." Sydney smiled shyly.

"Don't be shy around me. We're going to be family! I mean if you and Derek get married." Megan stated.

"Maybe. One day."

The thought had definitely crossed her mind once or twice. Derek had only mentioned marriage once but he hadn't really elaborated on the idea.

"What are your favorite colors?" Megan asked bringing Sydney out of her thoughts.

"Oh, well I love green, obviously.." she pointed at her dress. "Yellow and gold are growing on since Derek loves the colors against my skin tone."

"Well, you should have green bridesmaid dresses at your wedding." Megan said softly before placing a forkful of food in her mouth.

Sydney let that comment slide and began eating. Clara came to the table and joined in the conversation.

Sydney's boss, Jackson Hughes, acknowledged her presence before joining his son in the living room. He handed him a beer.

"Are you sure you want to do this son? It's a huge commitment." Jackson asked while drinking his own beer.

"Of course I'm sure. This will be a huge step for Sydney and I but I'm positive this is the right path." Derek stated confidently.

"OK, I'm behind you 100%."

After a few hours of a reunion themed get together, Derek was ready to call it a night. He had a few beers and needed to sleep it off. Sydney hugged Clara and Megan good-bye and she and Derek left.

"I love your family." Sydney cheesed as she replayed Derek's uncle hilarious impression of Will Ferrell in his role from Old School; one of her all time favs.

"Good." Derek softly spoke before drifting off to sleep on the ride home. Sydney huffed that she would have to carry his large frame inside the house.

WEDNESDAY

Derek woke early in the afternoon and found a note next to his bed from Sydney. He picked it up and smiled at the scribbled words.

"Megan invited me to join her while she gets fitted for her dress. I'll be home as soon as we're done. Love you."

He picked up his cell and called Megan who answered promptly.

"Hellooo?" she sang.

"Sydney left a note she's going with you to get fitted for your gown." Derek repeated the note to his cousin.

"Yeah. I asked her last night. We are also having a rehearsal at your mom's church tomorrow. Friday is the bachelorette party. I hope you're OK with strippers being there."

"Just behave." he teased.

"I make no promises." Megan laughed as she hung up.

Derek chuckled and got out of bed to dress for work. When he arrived his friend and business partner, Isaac Sheppard, was waiting for him.

"I have the transfer paperwork on your desk. Everything should be in place when you come back from the wedding." Isaac informed him.

"Great. I'll have a check written out. You are sure about this, right?"

"Yeah. It's been years. Time to move on to bigger and better things." Isaac extended his hand out. Derek shook it and went into his office.

Later that day Sydney got off work and met Megan at the bridal boutique. Megan was pacing in front of the door. She looked pissed.

"What's wrong?" Sydney asked, stopping in front of her.

"I thought they would be finished with the alterations by now. They said they're almost done so I have to wait an hour before I can try on my gown!" Megan huffed. She looked at the gowns hanging on the mannequins. "What size do you wear?"

"Ten." Sydney answered.

Megan went rummaging through the gowns and found three that were in her size. She pulled them into view. "OK, while we wait you can try on these dresses. Is there one that you like?"

Sydney looked them over and saw a strapless gown with sequins embroidered around the breastplate. She immediately wanted to try it on.

Megan waved over one of the clerks who removed the dress and took into a fitting room. Sydney walked inside and undressed. She stepped into the dress and zipped up the side zipper. She looked at herself in the full length mirror and wanted to cry.

She stepped outside and Megan gasped when she looked at her. "You look stunning!"

"Your fiancée is one lucky man." the clerk commented.

"You should tie your hair up and wear a dangling necklace." Megan hyperly spoke.

"I'm not the one getting married, you are." Sydney smiled. "But when the day comes, I want this dress."

"Ms. Edwards?"

Megan turned to the seamstress who was carrying her dress. Megan grabbed it and headed to a room. "I'll be right out."

Sydney looked at herself again in the mirror and knew she had to take off the gown before she would be tempted to buy it. She would look crazy bring home a wedding dress and no wedding to wear it to.

She chuckled to herself as she returned to the dressing room. She took off the dress and placed her clothes back on. When she walked out Megan had her dress on. She looked so beautiful and the pearly white fabric blended well with her pale skin.

The dress fitted her tightly but the bottom had a ruffled train. Her veil ran down her back and had a sheer lining.

"Wow!" Sydney smiled while walking up to her.

"I know right!" Megan cheesed, spinning around like she was Cinderella.

"How much is this dress?" Sydney pondered and straightened out the veil which had caught in the back zipper.

"Thirty-five hundred." Megan told her as if it were no big deal.

Sydney immediately yanked back her hand. She rushed to the dress she had tried on and found the price tag: Two thousand, three hundred and ninety five dollars. Sweet Jesus!

"Don't look at the price so much. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event; well, when you're marrying the right person." Sydney heard the clerk who had brought out Megan's dress speak.

"Sydney, do you want to wait for me outside. As soon as I get out of this we can leave." Megan stated and headed back into the fitting room.

Sydney nodded and left the boutique. Twenty minutes later Megan walked out and Sydney noticed her stuffing a receipt in her hand. Hadn't she already paid for her dress?

"So, tomorrow we all meet at the church around seven for the final run through of the ceremony. Can you make it?" Megan asked with her green eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"Of course." Sydney smiled.

Megan squealed and hugged her. "Great! Oh, and Friday is the bachelorette party. It's a Charlie's Angels theme so you can dress up as a super sexy secret spy or a naughty but still equally sexy villain." She winked and rushed to her car.

Sydney shook her head while laughing. She walked to her car and headed home.

THURSDAY

Sydney blushed as she stood in front of the lingerie shop while on her lunch break. She had never purchased undergarments for a woman, other than herself; not even for her best friend, Gwen. She really wanted to call and ask for her advice but she knew Gwen was at work.

She sighed before summoning the courage to walk inside. The woman behind the counter gave her a welcoming smile and asked if she needed assistance. She thanked her but declined help.

There were so many items and a few that Sydney wanted to buy for herself. Since Megan was a small breasted woman, she picked her up a baby doll with a sewn in push up bar. It came with matching panties. The woman at the counter gift wrapped it for her and she placed it in her trunk. She headed back to work before they sent out a search party.

At the end of the day she left the office and headed to the church. Derek had informed he was going to be working late and would be there ASAP. She found a decent parking space and walked inside the church. Lucy and Amanda flocked to her and each grabbed an arm.
