Brilliant idea
Brilliant idea and very relaxing. As I already have someone who has all control over me it didn't quite work for me, but wanted to point out... When you say the blue light at the beginning, and then talk about warmth it didn't quite fit. Blue is a cold colour. But your voice, sound, timing and instructions were good.
