Writer's Update April 2013: Slowly getting back on track. It's been a rough couple of years with a lot going on in my personal and family life. I'm carefully getting back onto the horse when it comes to writing, and I think I've found out what inspires me to write.

As a writer, I absolutely love hearing from my readers and fans. I definitely encourage feedback from those who like my work. It's always refreshing and inspiring to hear from those who like my writing.

Most of my work is involved in BDSM. I know that does not interest everyone, but just because it does not interest you, you do not have the right to bash and harass people who are interested and love BDSM.

While I do have a few stories that are dark and twisted, I do not advocate for the outright abuse of women. Anyone who think BDSM is synonymous with outright abuse is so out of touch with what BDSM means. My work is simply fantasy, fantasies that some of my readers have. It's not for everyone. If you're offended by it, don't read it.

BDSM is something special to me. I don't believe in the beating of a woman into submission, nor do I believe in forcing someone into BDSM. It's about choices in my opinion. It's about the choice to submit, the choice to give oneself to another in devotion and submission. I truly feel as if one of the best things a person could give as a gift is the gift of submission.

Submission is not taken. It's given, it's a beautiful gift from one to another, one that's not to be taken lightly.
