All my life I have lived just as others expected me to, parents, husband, siblings, child, friends and work colleagues. Four years ago I realised that I should grab back my life and do things that would help me grow as a person, taking risks and trying new experiences, learn to live and find out what is right for me. To this end I have tried many different new things, including startiing to write novels and reading erotic litrature (thank God for Literotica), taking courses on Tai Chi, self hypnosis, pottery and acting classes. making new friends, as well as keeping the old, finding out what I love, and what I dislike, and listen to others and their experiences. I want to live in the now, in the moment without letting go of the past, and look forward to the future. Yes I am scared at times, as a lifetime of being the good mum and daughter, and finding what I should have done as a teenager, now at an older age is scary, but I am getting there. I want to celebrate life. |
