Okay! I lied! I'm gonna go back through and revamp the Silent Killer series while I'm waiting to hear back from potential editors of this new story I'm working on. Maybe I'll get an idea of what I wanna do next with it.

It's a new year! I'm not sure if anyone is still reading my story or checking back in to see if I've written more. I promise you I haven't completely given up on this story. I just need some great inspiration to get me to the end of it. I'm anticipating there to be about 12 parts to 'The Silent Killer'. I just have to get into the right frame of mind to continue writing it. I had both of my editors for that particular story bail on me so there's that issue. Not that not having an editor should really stop me from writing. I could get them all done but I just... I need that little push toward the finish line. In the mean time... I'm working on a different story with a completely different idea to it! I'm not the greatest writer but I'm hoping y'all can help me with that along the way. You've all been so great at giving me feedback; especially when I first started submitting. So I promise you you'll get new material soon! And I also promise to finish my first story!

Okay, so, I know it's been a hella long time, but I'm finally working on ten and I'm going to try to get ten done in two weeks and then crank out a few more parts over spring break. I wish they had a list of all the members that read my stuff. If there was a list of the members I'd email every one of you and ask you what you want to see, don't want to see, what you want improved, etc. If there's anything at all please let me know by sending me a message: anon or not. I love the feedback and it's a great motivator for me. I really do want all of my readers to be open with me because the more you guys tell me the more I can improve, and as a person who wants to some day be published the feedback would be nice now. Also: I'm on the hunt for someone to look through my work as I go and if anyone is interested LET ME KNOW. Seriously. I would like as many points of view on parts to my story as I can get! For real! Alright, with all of that being said, please feel free to let me know what you want to see or don't want to see. Otherwise I'm hoping to have twelve on the site in a week or so (possibly two weeks) and then have a few more parts done before spring break is done. Those are my plans but they always seem to change last minute. I'll try to keep everyone posted and I hope I haven't pissed anyone off enough for them to stop reading my stuff. Thanks guys!

Hey readers! I hope you're all doing great! I'm sorry it's been so long since I've posted anymore to Devyn's story, however, I just submitted nine and I'm hoping that will be up within the next few days. At any rate, I'll explain here why it's taking so long even though I put an explanation in the new installment.

1. I'm sort of working on a bigger project that I'm kind of needing to get done by January when I start meeting with Literary Agents, and it's a YA project. So, if I don't get anything posted until after the holidays I'm truly, truly sorry.

2. Devyn's story just isn't flowing to me like it was. I'd love to say that it is but I just can't find it in me to write anymore until I know more about the plot line and where that's going--I have to find out what I want to do with Devyn before I can continue on and I have a feeling that could be a slow, slow process.

3. I'm super busy with school as well seeing as I graduate in May and my final paper for graduation has to be somewhere between twenty and thirty pages (and I haven't even started and it's due by December 9th--Procrastination is winning again).

There are a million other reasons explaining why I haven't been writing more but I'll try to do better! I promise! I also started a new story a few weeks ago that I feel is Lit worthy, but I haven't even had that one sent off to an editor yet. That being said, I think this is where I apologize a million times for being such a train wreck and asking your guys' forgiveness for not keeping Devyn going. I WILL finish her story, though. I swear I will. Just be patient and stick with me, please? Feedback is always welcome! You see something that doesn't seem right just let me know! :)

Chapter eight has been submitted, nine is in the editing process, and ten has not even begun to write itself (tehe). I've left a note in chapter eight but I'll say it here, too: I' going to try and have 10-15 done before I head off to school. It's very hard for me to post new chapters on a regular basis while at school since the university I attend blocks Lit. I will have to go elsewhere to submit chapters, but I won't worry about that until the time comes. I hope you all thoroughly enjoy!

Not really anything of importance here. I've just come to a revelation I think. I keep writing my stuff, rereading it, then thinking, "This doesn't read like anything I've ever read on Lit." Well, I think I've gotten over that. I don't have to create something that's just like something someone has already written. The best part about writing? Writing something in your own style and being satisfied with it.

Hey there! Seven has been submitted, eight is in the process of being edited, and nine is in the process of being written. Hang in there guys! I'm trying to crank this stuff out as fast as I can and work on another story while I'm at it. That way, when I go to submit my new story, it will be mostly all done by the time I go to put it on this site. That way no one will have to wait as long as they've been waiting! Thanks so much for your continued support!

Hey everyone! Happy Saturday! So, I'm laying in bed right? And I look at my nickname for this site. I didn't realize until now, that if you were to use an acronym (correct word usage?) for it, it would spell out WIP. While that isn't exactly the correct spelling for the actual word, it still reminds me of a whip...

Now that I've probably creeped everyone out (your welcome =]), I'd like to say that 7 and 8 are on their way. I had to have someone go through both one more time because Lit was rejecting them. Once I get them back, get them all edited, and polished up I will be submitting them both. It could be a while before 9 gets here so try and pace yourselves. :)
