Thanks to everybody who has sent feedback, it is really re-assuring and helpful when readers leave feedback and public comments, it is the only way that an online author has to gauge how well the readers appreciate his work. It has been totally astounding and very gratifying to pick up an e-mail virtually every day since the last episode was posted enquiring about progress or expressing appreciation.

Sorry about the delays between chapters just now. The text for this story was written over a number of years over a decade ago and includes many small mini chapters and journal style handwritten entries which need to be sorted into chronological order and edited, gaps filled etc., before being released. I am editing Chapters 39-40 at the moment and these should be submitted to Literotica soon.

Lit does not have an author notice board in the stories section where updates can be left for readers but I do make a note of progress and updates on my profile page for those readers who are interested.

Unfortunately there has been several weeks delay in posting the next chapters due to my having to come out of retirement and leave for Ireland to take over contibuting to the writing of a screen play following the sudden tragic demise of a close friend at the beginning of December and the filming schedule has kept me fully occupied with no time to work on personal projects. Additionally I shall need to be away again periodically until the end of March, but will start posting again as soon as I have some chapters ready.

There may be a bit of a break after Chapter 40 as I will have come to the end of the original hand written chapters which had been copied up onto my PC and will need to start sifting through my bloody awful handwriting again and putting more chapters onto Office so that they can be edited for submission.
