A few years ago, I wrote a couple of stories and put them up here. I made a few friends, and then had my life turned upside-down by several gay men who hate women. Eventually, I closed down all my email accounts, streamlined my online presence in general and like a few friends did at the same time I pulled all but one story from this site, and moved on. I keep logging in to check if the cadre of angry gay misogynists has been reined in, but every time I check a new story in the Loving Wives category (any of them, I check a couple every time I sign in) I see the same screennames (I don't count anonymous comments, as they mean nothing) calling for more stories of violence toward women, more hatred, more support for other misogynists. The response of the authors is always there, resigned to not being given the opportunity to learn the craft, and getting openly attacked by users who have posted nothing themselves--literally not one single contribution. I'm tentatively posting stories elsewhere, but holding off here until there is any sign of even an attempt at moderating this site in the least.
