There are so many ways we try to define ourselves. We label ourselves
by our jobs, our diplomas, our sexual preference, our humanity, our talents,
our interests, by things we do or do not do, and by our dislikes and likes.
Some days I get tired of the labels. Other days I'm glad they're there.
They can both simplify and complicate things.
By sexual preference: I'm a non-gender preferenced and polyamorous
woman. I am involved in a poly relationship, but am open to others. Mostly
I'm looking for "hug" buddies - someone to hold and be held by, with potential
"other" things happening if the mood strikes.
By traits: I am a proud (usually) round woman. I weigh somewhere
around 290 +/- depending on day. I am 5'4". I have Dark, longish, usually
curly hair, though it's starting to grey. I have hazel eyes and am nearsighted.
I am fair skinned with some freckles distributed around my body. Kym,
my friend, says I'm stubborn.
By talents: I am an artist and a writer; your basic creatress.
I draw daily, paint on weekends and enjoy working with digital photos.
I write. I build
By interests: I have a lot of interests in life. I read science
fiction, magickal romances, lesbian fiction, comic books, loads of art
books and magazines and books about spirituality. I enjoy movies that
end happily, mostly comedies and adventures and sci-fi. My favorite TV
show of the moment is: Alias. My favorite color is purple. My favorite
book is: Zen
Seeing, Zen Drawing. I enjoy RPGs and computer games.
By things things I do or do not do: I am a nonsmoker. I rarely
partake of alcohol. I enjoy chocolate.
