Thanks to everyone who has sent me emails, especially those with positive things to say. Some people have asked why I have disabled comments and voting - personally I find this modern trend to let everybody voice their opinions about everything slightly wearisome. You only have to look at YouTube to see how quickly these things descend into meaningless babble and hostility.
